FAQ Turnaround Time (TAT) As a small family-owned business, we typically don’t keep items in stock unless stated otherwise. Our jewelry blanks usually take around 21 business days (Monday to Friday) to arrive. After we receive them, we aim to create and set your stone within 5 business days. If you have a specific deadline, please reach out via email or chat before placing your order. How It Works Once you place your order, you will receive an email with instructions on where to send your inclusions and the quantities required. Please send us: ⅛ teaspoon of ash 1 oz of breastmilk A piece of clothing at least 3x3 inches A lock of hair Please note that we can only work with the hair you provide. All items sent to us (except for breastmilk) will be returned. Our mailing address is: PO BOX 2004, Pascagoula, Mississippi, 39567 Sending Your Breastmilk or Ash We recommend sending breastmilk in mommy bags placed inside a sturdy box. There’s no need to keep the milk on ice, as we will process it upon arrival. For ashes, please use a similar packaging method. We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping option! Add-Ons Our jewelry prices already include ash, so no additional purchase is necessary for that. If you wish to substitute breastmilk or add items like hair, flowers, or clothing, these must be paid for at checkout. When sending in two separate batches of milk these will need to be processed separately. You must pay for (2) milk prep fees. Same for hair. Materials Used in Jewelry All standard items are crafted from sterling silver 925, with the exception of our men’s channel rings and 14k pieces. Liability We take pride in our handcrafted items and their quality. If you are not satisfied with your item within 48 hours, please contact us. Keep in mind that each piece is unique! If your stone ever loosens or falls out, don’t hesitate to reach out—we're here to assist you. We will replace your stone, customer is responsible for shipping. No Refunds or Returns: All sales are final. Refunds are only at the discretion of M+D Keepsakes.
